Small Order Fee

$25 applies to all orders less than 12 pairs. Any orders submitted are subject to the small order fee if the 12 pairs are not met.

Drop Ship Fee

Standard shipping: $25, except WA and NT, those are subject to possible additional shipping costs.

Express shipping: $40, except WA and NT, those are subject to possible additional shipping costs.

Credit Card Fees

Orders paid with a credit card are subject to additional fee varying from .5-2% based on the type of card used. This charge may be billed separately.

Returns

Returns are based on the discretion of Gidgee Global Group. For approval, please email sales@gidgeeglobalgroup.com for approval. Please provide the style, size and width of the boots; date of purchase; and requested substitute style. A return authorisation number will be provided and must be listed on the paperwork inside of the box.

For requested returns without a substitution style, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the generated credit.

Approved returns shipments must be paid for by the stockist. If the stockist requires a shipping label and pick up, the cost of freight will be invoiced.

Warranty

Footwear has a 6 month warranty from manufacturers defects. To submit a claim, please provide the following details:

• Defect
• Picture of the inside label
• Picture of the defect
• Picture of the pair of boots
• Copy of the customer's original invoice, which must contain the style, size, width, cost and date of purchase.

Please email to sales@gidgeeglobalgroup.com and we will respond with an approval or any further questions.

A credit will generate for the warranty. If a replacement pair is requested, please advise at the time of claim. If a like-for-like can not be provided, a substitute style will be offered.

• ROCKY ®, Georgia Boot®, and DURANGO® is a federal registered trademark of Rocky Brands, Inc.
• All Rocky, Georgia Boot, and Durango Products have a 6-month, limited warranty in normal use against any manufacturing flaw(s), defective materials, and workmanship.
• This warranty also covers Gore-Tex bootie liners against leakage for 6 months. All boots with Rocky VP waterproof construction are guaranteed waterproof for 6 months. All boots with Rocky, Georgia, and Durango waterproof construction are guaranteed waterproof 6 months.
• The Rocky, Georgia Boot, and Durango warranty does not cover damage due to holes worn in toes, burn marks, punctures, cuts, and abrasions from outside causes or misuse and/or abuse by the wearer.
• The warranty may be void if the user applies any materials not recommended, such as polishes, oils, or other chemicals that result in damage to the materials of the footwear.
• All products must be returned and inspected before FULL CREDIT is issued or a REPLACEMENT of the same or equal value is given. ROCKY, GEORGIA BOOT, AND DURANGO DO NOT PRO RATE OR OFFER PARTIAL CREDIT. We will replace all Rocky, Georgia Boot, and Durango products at our discretion.
• We expect our Retailers to handle and accept returns in accordance with the Rocky warranty and return policy.
